Picture Cards from PocketComms

A website we developed a little while ago for PocketComms is suddenly making all the newspaper headlines!

PocketComms Picture CardsPocketComms' Picture Cards, designed by Jim Wyatt, are great for communicating when language is a problem. Police are now trialling these picture cards to help them communicate with non-English speakers. The cards are being issued primarily to Neighbourhood Specialist Teams for a trial period. If successful, a specific police version could be developed tailored to the areas of communication that feature most regularly when officers are dealing with the public.

It's all quite exciting to see a product that you have had an active involvment with being used in such an inovative way, and quite a buzz to know that our website is all part of it.
